At first,I thought it was thin, but later, it became thick and soft! Simple packing, it is easy to open, but I prefer it should be sealed not to expose air.

My dogs both use the rug all the time. It does take a couple days out of the box for the folds to flatten out, but other than that, it's been great so far.

Want my advice, stay away! This might be harsh but this is an expensive product, it is advertised as a 3-inch mat/rug. But what you get is a rug that at most it might just be 1-inch thick. Why advertise this as something is not? Terrible will be returning this. I also receive this in a broken plastic bag, so there’s not way for me to store this anywhere unless I buy a bag for it. Really disappointed with this, is just a terrible product.
