Good sleep
Just had it yesterday. I am surprised that I could sleep all night without waking up like I usually do ( been waking up between 2am-4am for so long time and couldn't go back to sleep). The pill doesn't smell, and so far my stomach is OK. I take it after dinner. Hopefully it'll burn the fat in time before I got bfast. 😀 Will update when I loose weight (my intention).

Loosing weight
I do think it works taking them as advices. I’m going down from my stomach where I really needed to loose. I started taking them every night for the pass two weeks. I am now beginning to wear clothes that I could. Being consistent it works and makes you go to the bathroom pulling out all the dirty stuff.
