A neat looking gadget that is totally unreliable. Do not trust it. It is not even consistently wrong with a similar margin of inaccuracy, the difference between the weight it declares and what an airline check in weighing machine shows varies wildly and can be anywhere between 6 kilos under and 3 kilos over. I am a regular flyer and have checked this versus the airlines on average twice a week in the time since I bought it. It is totally unreliable. Do not trust it.

I have now been using it for some times. Does the job for which it’s intended. Extremely light and user friendly. Would recommend it to any traveller.

I'm sure that, like a lot of travellers, I tend to fill my suitacases to capacity and then some. I always find I pack too much but I'd rather have everything I need than have to go out and spend money on something I already have enough of at home. For that reason I always worry that my bags weight too much. If anyone has had overweight luggage they've had to pay a surcharge for you would know that this extra fee is exorbitantly expensive! So I bought this luggage scale to help keep my luggage weight in check. This scale is super simple to use and it's gives an accurate reading. It's also easy to take with you so you can keep track of your allowable weight for your return home too once you pack all those souvenirs in. It uses button batteries which last a really long time. Even though they do last long as a safeguard I carry a 2-pack of extra batteries with me as well to make sure I don't have to spend time at my 'vacation spot' looking for replacement batteries. I actually have two of these scales... this one for my carry on bag and a slightly bigger one for my checked baggage. Apart from travelling I also find that this scale is also very handy for weighing other things like ensuring the weight of groceries is well balanced to carry or boxes you're planning to store or ship. Quite a handy tool!

I tested to see if it was accurate by weighing my weights. Very accurate! It also matched my suitcase weight with what that the airline weighed it at. I'm very happy with my purchase and I recommend this product.
