Unfortunately these do not work for me for migraine relief , they have gone in the bin and I have gone back to the more expensive but far more effective Migraine Sooth brand I was using prior to trying this cheaper Brandon an economy push ; I guess you get whatyou pay for!

This is a really good product. Although the capsules are large, it is very easy to swallow them. They are not sticky. I bought this one because the one I used to get with my prescription was finished. So far it has been working well with my magnesium tablets and giving me really good breaks from horrible migraines.

Hard to review supplements because you don’t really know what’s in the tablet. You hope what’s on the label is accurate & of high quality ingredients. But these look OK and reviews are sort of OK…
