I have been using this robotic vaccum cleaner for my home with marble floor of about 3000 sqft area for about one month. Overall performance is just excellent! Pros: 1) It has made life easier, as cleaning was a huge task at my home 2) Excellent battery life 3) Awesome suction performance 4) Sensor systems are really good 5) Average to good mopping 6) Waste need to be cleaned only once in like 64 days as it has good capacity 7) Can store upto 4 maps, which is a feature not available in some other brands 8)Has good appearance 9) Can be easily controlled using phone app as well as via the control buttons on it (which is very convenient for elder people like my mother) 10) If map is already set on the app, then we can operate the robotic vaccum cleaner via manual controls on the cleaner even without wifi, although changing of maps and using the app will require wifi 11) The time taken for it to clean (vaccum+mopping) is almost the same time or even less taken by me to do the same Cons: 1) mopping- doesn't remove stains hardened on floor, that otherwise need pressure using hand held mop 2) Mats need to be removed, as it usually gets stuck trying to vaccum it in 3) Though most of corner edges are covered, a very small triangular portion of corner edges cannot get covered 4) mop should be cleaned on daily basis, but now upgraded version with self mop cleaning has been launched, which would be awesome 5) Detergents/floor cleaners cannot be used (can be sprinkled on the mop, but not filled in the water tank) 6) It doesn't notify when water in the water tank is over, you need to check by removing the water tank to know it

This is the first time am using a cleaning bot, i love the vacuum cleaning, its powerful and battery last for good, but if you are looking majorly for moping specially for tiled indian houses, not that great, moping leave streak which are visible once the floor is dry and is not consistent with water dampness. After 4-5 month of usage - this is now a failure, the robot would struggle to wipe a little water from the floor or mop it. It just stuck and slips around. The mop board also do not inject water in the mop cloth, need cleaning multiple times and even after cleaning the mop board its not 100% that it will inject water. Vacuum for which i was impressed initially is also a challenge, the vacuum roller is now completely depleted and require a replacement which is a 5k inr replacement with other accessaries. I would suggest not to buy this product if you want to use it for daily mopping, vacuum in an average indian house area and has limited time to maintain and clean the bot. This bot require daily attention! Update 8-jan-2025, the mop sensor is not working anymore, the customer care want me to pack the product and send it to delhi while they arrange the pickup. Horrible support experience as the product will be shipped on my risk and they will not give replacement for 6 days of repair time. Dont buy drrame

I’ve been using the Dreame vacuum cleaner robot for a while now, and it has completely changed my cleaning routine! The suction power is excellent, navigation is smart and precise, and it covers every corner without missing a spot. The mopping function is a big plus — floors look spotless with minimum effort. What impressed me even more was the after-sales service. The team was professional, responsive, and very helpful during setup and routine servicing. They handled everything quickly and made sure the device was performing perfectly. Highly recommend Dreame to anyone looking for a powerful, intelligent, and well-supported cleaning robot. Totally worth every penny!

Waited for more than 1 month to review this product. So for good vaccum cleaner , we don’t use it for mopping so cannot comment on mopping. Pro: 1. It maps perfectly and can have multiple maps 2. As per the price it’s vaccum cleaning is quite good. 3. We can set/schedule to clean 4. Cleaning on carpet is also good. 5. You can clean only selected area as well Cons: 1. Cleaning brush could have been better. Sometimes brush itself will scatters the dust to already cleaned area. 2. If too much of dirt, may be becoz of brush it doesn’t clean 100%. 3. Stepping out of carpet it sometimes slips dust at corners. Also I had reached out to customer care for some query, got immediate response. Overall very good product for the price. Since it’s very first robot vaccum purchase cannot compare about other vaccum robot. Hoping it’s durable/sturdy and works for long time.

El robot tiene una potencia de succión increíble y es capaz de aspirar todo tipo de suciedad de forma eficaz y eficiente. La mopa hace su función bastante bien, y dosifica el agua según m2 o como quieres que sea el fregado. No hace casi ruido. La app es un 10, en tiempo real funciona genial, ofrece opciones muy detalladas de control y monitoreo. Se auto vacía solo. Necesita varias pasadas para gestionar y aprender bien donde están los muebles y esquinas. Lo que impresiona de inmediato es la duración de la batería del Dreame D10s Plus. Con una sola carga, puede cubrir fácilmente varias habitaciones antes de volver a la estación de carga. Esto es particularmente práctico, ya que no se apaga repentinamente en medio de la limpieza. La batería cumple con lo prometido, y eso es un gran punto a favor para mí como usuario. Sirve de cámara de vigilancia y puede guiarlo y ver en el móvil lo que necesites ver. Recomiendo este modelo.

I like the robot for the easiness of cleaning. It has good suction power and cleans very well. What is not so good is the mopping. That feature is not very well implemented in this robot. Is just a piece of wet cloth that is being dragged along. It wets and dries unevenly and as such does not mop well. For the vacuum I am pleased with it. Minus that it has only 1 bristle brush but that is still ok. I do recommend this robot to anyone interested looking for one.

Il robot è perfetto, preciso ed efficace, facile anche la configurazione all’App. App facile ed intuitiva. Sistema di navigazione e scansione della mappa precisa, con la possibilità di selezionare dove pulire e la sequenza delle stanze, mettere barriere virtuali e luoghi da interdire. Potenza di aspirazione eccezionale, così come la tipologia di spazzola in gomma che anziché con le setole che evitano i grovigli di eventuali capelli , essendo in gomma e’ più efficace. Bellissimo è avere anche la possibilità di vedere le zone mentre pulisce perché dotato di telecamera (questo modello). Che dire consiglio vivamente l’acquisto del prodotto.

Für leichte Verschmutzungen mag sie ausreichen, aber wir bevorzugen die königliche Saugkraft. Fazit: Ein wahrer Dreame! Die Saugleistung ist top, anpassbar und übertrifft sogar die königlichen Erwartungen. Die Idee, einen weiteren Dreame namens Prinz Hairy für das Obergeschoss zu erwerben, klingt königlich verlockend. Hairmine hat nicht nur die Herrschaft über unseren Boden, sondern auch über unsere Herzen erlangt. Ihre Qualität und der königliche Preis haben uns mehr als überzeugt. Hairmine, du bist die wahre Saugkönigin im Königreich der Reinigung!

Seguro que hay muchos robots aspiradores que funcionan muy bien. Pero yo puedo hablar de este Dream D10s que he comprado hace casi un año y que lo llevo utilizando desde entonces. Por lo que concierne a la aspiradora es perfecto. No da vueltas sin lógica como el que tenía antes de otra marca, sino que sigue perfectamente una ruta preestablecida y pasa por todos y cada uno de los rincones. No deja la más mínima suciedad. Además es bastante silencioso. Y lo más importante: cuando termina de aspirar todo el piso, él solito se vacía en el cubo que lleva encima del cargador, de manera que nunca he tenido que vaciarlo manualmente. Lo paso una vez por semana y todavía no he tenido que cambiar la bolsa del polvo. Además su cámara frontal es de gran calidad y puedes ver como va pasando por las distintas habitaciones aunque no estés en casa. Aunque esto es lo de menos, tampoco lo utilizas demasiado. Por lo que hace a fregar el suelo, no lo he probado porqué prefiero hacerlo con una fregona tradicional que voy más rápido, pero he leído comentarios y parece que también funciona bien. En general, el aparato es bastante grande y robusto y todo en el se ve de buena calidad. Lo volvería a comprar seguro! Aunque espero que me dure muchos años más.
