I Tunisian crocheted many years ago but had forgotten a lot. This little book made an excellent reference to refresh my memory and easily would be a good guide for a beginner.

The book is good but I found that some of the instructions were confusing and didn't work correctly. I ended up having to look up further instructions on the internet.

This is an excellent book with lots of stitches to learn. It has great pictures for helping to ensure stitch consistency.

My 1st try at Tunisian crocheting. I was able to learn and become comfortable with the Basic Tunisian Stitch. Now on too more!

Very informative and easy to follow instructions

As a beginner at crochet, I found the book helpful in its simplicity. It allowed me to get started with the basics. However, right off the bat, I found errors that should have been caught in editing. I had to pause on the first two blocks of the sample pattern, for example. Pattern 1 (pg39) says "With A ch 40." If it's going to look like the pattern in the book, you should chain 40 WITH C. Then Row 1 you should Tss with C not A. And Row 2 you should change to A not B. And Row 3 with A (not B) Tss and then change to B (not C). Block 2: Last part of Rows 1-5 (after the *) should read Tss in the next 5 sts, and Tks in the next 4 stitches (not Tks in the next 5 sts and Tss in the next 4 sts). Likewise, Rows 6-10 last part should read Tks in the next 5 sts and Tss in the next 4 sts. This is as far as I've gotten so not sure if there are other editing issues.
