High level of protection

Good buy
My daughter loves the gear, first time catcher. So far has used it for spring season and All-Stars. Will continue to use it in high school.

Too bulky
While my daughter does like this set, when comparing this to the Easton Jen Shro set, the sizing does not add up… she was in a medium set for Easton, and had outgrown that set, so we naturally purchase this set in a large, and pretty much everything is too big. The legs are extremely bulky, and do not fit in her catchers bag as nicely as the Easton set did. Overall for the price of this set I don’t feel that the value is there, and this set does not really provide any extra comfort that her prior for Easton did. If I had to do it again and purchase new set I would have went with Easton.

Medium gear comes with large helmet
Description says medium gear comes with 6 1/4 to 7 helmet (the smaller size), but it comes with the larger sized helmet Other than that, the gear itself is great!

If you receive a damaged item, you may not see a refund
The gear looks great, however, we received a BROKEN clip to adjust his strap in the helmet So we returned it right away. The equipment was ordered on May 10 and it’s been well over two months and have yet to see a refund. The equipment is very expensive for it to come broken and not see a refund. I checked with Amazon and it says it failed but it takes 2 to 3 weeks to see a refund. I’ve called A month later and they said they were going to refund me, but they never did. It’s now well over two months and still nothing.
