On my third bag now while quiting smoking. These really help me cough up stuff and have helped so much. Does it taste great? No, add some sugar or something silly. Its a gross herb that helps you with your lungs. Obs is gonna taste nasty. I mean not so nasty you couldnt drink it on its own. I do find myself making it and waiting for it to cool and chunging it tho. Besides the taste which I cant drop stars for it works. Like, this is some mountain man redneck stuff I was tought as a boy. I watched my Grandpa find the stuff in fields and use it. It works!

The taste is better than other Mullen tea that I’ve tried, and it steeps very well, unlike other brands with thick tea bags that are less porous.

I actually was surprised by these I thought they were going to be really bitter and very nasty quite mellow and after two cups of it it does actually help loosen up some clam and some nasal congestion highly recommend them
