Pentel Ain Leads Refill for Mechanical Pencil | 0.3mm | 2B | 25pcs

One of my favourite leads in 0.3mm. The small size and 2B comes with a lot of challenges and Ain helps many of them. It is noticeably harder to snap than other leads, lasts a good while, erases well, and smudges less than most other lead. It isn't the darkest, for that I use Neox, but on cheaper paper Ain continues to feel nice whilst Neox has a terrible feel. Overall it is a great lead I really enjoy using.

Incredibly brittle and poor. Wouldn't work with my other 0.3 mm pencil, at all! Caused jams.

Idéal pour les dessins techniques.

I've used Pentel mechanical pencils for years, but constantly clicking to advance the lead gets annoying. This pencil has eliminated that disruption! It instead advances the graphite slightly every time you lift to start a new word. Has been working great for cursive writing, not just printing. And I use it for diagrams with small labels and descriptions. I've purchased 3 of these, as I want one in every place I might work.
