I subscribe to the delivery of these flavors every week odd weeks and the chocolate group on the even weeks as I require extra protein. This is the only brand I could find that does not put any artificial sweeteners in it! It tastes very good cold. The strawberry/banana is my least flavor as it doesn’t really taste like either and I’m glad it wasn’t my first OWYN. The other flavors are very good and drinking them cold every morning with my medicine is working well. The price is very competitive and even lower than Walmart AND I don’t have to go there and be harassed by anyone. I just love the convenience of having these delivered so I have options and quality every day and I’m not paying more! I bought OWYN (Only What You Need) not only to get more protein in my diet, but to be able to have it immediately after my workouts without having to prepare anything. I got the variety pack of Strawberry/Banana, Dark Chocolate, and Smooth Vanilla. I enjoyed the chocolate and vanilla drinks more than the strawberry/banana, but I'd be happy to have any of the three in my fridge. Sometimes bottles with this type of wrapping are difficult to open because the perforations aren't complete, but these ones are pretty easy to rip. The inside foil cover is also easy to remove because there is enough of a tail to grip and pull off. These shakes are plant based and are a great option for people who are lactose intolerant. They are much better tasting than some other lactose free drinks that I have tried. If I didn't know beforehand that they didn't contain milk, I wouldn't have guessed it. It's so nice being able to have a protein shake without my stomach hurting afterwards!

It has an aftertaste. Did not like it

The vanilla flavor tastes like plastic. The other ones are good but I will avoid buying anything with vanilla in the future. Their cookies and cream less flavor is better.

Excellent protein drink. Doesn't wreck my stomach the way literally all powders do. I got this drink to keep my protein intake on point but avoid wrecking my stomach. Vanilla and chocolate are best for this brand. I don't even like chocolate but their chocolate is shockingly tasty. Like chocolate milk despite being vegan.

I was concerned and thought it would bloat me, it didn’t! Easily digested and no aftertaste!
