The seal of the pen in the box was slightly damaged. Overall the pen wasn't working properly either which is why they were giving such discounts probably.

R7 is 0.7 and R5 is 0.5mm.I was unaware that it's 0.7mm. I bought it, I am happy with the pen and quality.
