I absolutely love my CastleFlexx Sport. What started as something I hoped would help with tightness has now become a full-on daily routine for me. After spending long days behind a desk, my lower back and hamstrings are usually stiff and uncomfortable — but just a few minutes with this thing makes a huge difference. The stretch feels deep, controlled, and incredibly relieving. It’s honestly the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. I’ve tried other bands and stretch tools before, but nothing has come close to how effective and comfortable this is to use. If you sit at a desk all day or just feel tight in your lower back or hamstrings, this is 100% worth it. I can’t imagine my routine without it now.

I received it and it is clearly a repackaged return. Still functional but not new. Extremely overpriced for what it is. A stick with a piece nylon cloth attached. The real disappointment is that when you get the device and then try to load the app it charges you 139$ per year for the app membership.

Definitely worth the money. Never felt a stretch like this in my life!
