No, this product does not contain stevia. It is cold-pressed, crystallized fruit. However, the same company sells a lemonade that DOES contain stevia. Be careful

How easily does this powder dissolve? Would it mix as well if I was drinking a cup of water rather than a bottle (which you can close and shake)?

I put it on top of my ice and then add water and swirl the cup to agitate the ice and that mixes it well

Is the citric acid derived from corn?

It is simply juice with the water removed, forming crystals. From what I understand, the citric acid is from the fruit. I love these and use them almost daily. Fresh, clean flavor ..
