It says 143 pieces will be sent and didn't even receive half of that. I got the forks, both sets of plates, cupcake and Birthday cake displays, and one tablecloth. There were no balloons, cups, napkins, banner, other tablecloth, etc. For $19.99, it should come with every thing pictured! Returned it due to all the missing items.

Just as advertised. Was perfect for my 6 year old soccer loving boy!
