This seemed to work really good for me! I had a problem with my loaves rising and this did the trick!

I have been using other yeast products for years. The first time I used Scratch Brand, I got a quicker than usual rise. The bread was wonderful, and the next two times I used it, the same rise and finished loaf. It usually takes 2 hours for the first rise. This was ready in one. The recipe I use calls for 60 to 90 minutes first rise, but previously has taken 2 hours. I am very pleased with this yeast.

Worked great. Made some gluten free bread for my daughter. I had tried several times before and using this yeast was the first time I got it to rise and came out delicious.
