The only minor issue I noticed is that the handle is slightly loose—not too much, but it could be a little more sturdy. Bad experience with the Brand, Seller and Amazon (new) policies. Bought this chair as I am a long time customer of Amazon and I have had full trust in Amazon and also thinking that CELLBELL is a trusted brand with good customer service. The chair I bought was delivered on 14th August morning by a delivery boy who looked disgruntled as I asked them to deliver it to the doorstep since I was in a hurry to get ready for work and there was no call ahead. I did not mind them much and left it alone. I returned back from work and in the evening I opened the package and it took me atleast half an hour to assemble it since I had to do it on camera to be on a safer side. After assembling I found out that the chair had damages- 1) The fabric of the seat cushion had a tear on the right back side as shown in picture. 2) The cloth and cushion had a bulge in the bottom front right hand side (not that visible in picture but quite a lot in real life) and on touch one could feel some rubber or plastic was not fixed properly and bulging in a manner that it might very well bulge more and get more deformed. 3) The back has that adjustable lumbar support or something but the plastic butterfly shape wings were bent little away from back support so kind of no use when it doesn't hug your back. I uploaded the pictures and tried placing for replacement, instead it lead me to customer care executive (who was helpful as always in Amazon) to whom then I appraised of the issues with photos. He checked and agreed and he placed a replacement but informed me that the return will be picked up on17th August (Sunday) and that only after pickup my replacement product will be shipped will be reaching me in 2-3 days of pickup (quite odd as regularly both happen simultaneously but since I trust Amazon services I agreed). I disassembled it and kept it ready. On 16th August, return was picked up so no chair for work. Now even after the pickup, the replacement was not shipped until 18th evening and I contacted the Customer care of Amazon again. Note: It has become very very difficult to reach Amazon customer care nowadays as I could not get myself to find any option to contact them and their were loops with just track package etc. I had 3 concerns, 1) Return was picked up but replacement not shipped and uncertain timeline leading me to be without a chair for work when I have pressing late night work sessions due to some deadlines. 2) The seller might just ship me a refurbished product by patching up the return when I had paid for an entirely new chair in the first place. 3) I have urgent office work period but long work sessions are not possible without a seating arrangement. On contact and raising the issues, the customer care said they are helpless and that my replacment will be shipped by 31st August only. The product in question is available on the product page to be bought with shipping in 2 days but they said replacements are a different stock and they cannot guarantee me a fixed date (is that a bad joke? Shows how bad the seller and brand are and what commitment they have for consumers). Till the time I returned the product, the prices were same and 2 days of delivery time until 17th but now the prices have changed by 600-700. On request for escalation I was heard by a senior executive and he assured me that product will be shipped next 48 hours. Now it is 20th night (more than 48 hours) and no update so far. Allready, work has suffered for 6 days and further no fixed timeline which is very frustrating and my important time will be gone by the time this issue gets resolved. About the Product:- 1. Looks wise seems to be good , my first impression was of not too great due to quality but I felt it is okay okay. 2. In some aspects the chair looked flimsy (tilt mechanism). 3. Lumbar support is almost non-existent (that butterfly shape is a gimmick). 4. Seat cushion is ok ok (not much comfortable and without mesh) and on bottom the cloth is simply staple pinned. 5. Head rest is a mesh, not cushion and 2d movement is too stiff and kind of cheap finishing, arm rests are hard plastic. Even at discounted rate, the product is not up to the quality or value for money. Only pros are black coated metal wheel base and back colour choices. Suggestions: Go for a local shop purchase if possible and available even for a 800 to 1000 higher price. Look for mesh based seat cushion for heat management and comfort, head rest with cushion, arm rest with a rubbery cushion. Biggest of all, the lumbar support with cushion and adjustable know at back, believe me it makes a difference of night and day for work sessions. This time dissappointed with the brand, seller and Amazon customer solutions. Facing such an ordeal but no accountability by responsible parties. If Amazon, continues this path I will be moving on to other E-Commerce sites or local market purchases.

I bought the CELLBELL C190 Berlin for my work-from-home setup and have been really happy with it so far. The chair is comfortable for long working hours, the mesh back keeps it breathable, and the height and armrest adjustments are quite useful. I recently purchased a CELLBELL chair from Amazon, and I’m extremely happy with it! The comfort is excellent, and the overall material quality feels awesome. I haven’t experienced any back pain even after sitting for long hours. The seat cushion is really comfortable, and the breathable backrest fabric provides great air circulation, which makes the chair comfortable even for extended use. Overall, a great chair with excellent comfort, quality, and value for money. Highly recommended.

Overall the product is ok. It looks and feels similar to lot other products in the market but lacks some key features. it looked exactly like the 12k Chair I owned before this but there are some obvious differences in usage. I got it for Rs 5500, which is a lower price point than similar chairs in the market. But this comes with a few sacrifices. 1. You do not get 3d adjustable armrests. Only up and down is there. No side to side or front and back 2. Headrest angle can be adjusted but not the position But these are anyways not advertised by them. Pros: 1. good look and feel 2. Cushion is decent. Not too hard or soft 3. Chair is sturdy and comes with solid metal base 4. Back support is good and as advertised. Cons: 1. Adaptable Tilt lock is advertised but is not present. It only locks at 90 degrees and once unlocked leans as per tension only. 2. Lean tension is very difficult to adjust and does not create a very observable difference either ways 3. You might find specific issues with the product you have received during assembly. I found that the seating of one of the four bolts at the bottom was rotating with the bolt. I have other tools which enabled me to put it together but for a layman it might not be possible. Also the headrest bolt heads were slightly larger than the plastic housing. Overall it is ok for the price you are paying. if you want a bit more features, for 2-3 more some options are there which look similar. Finally amazon delivery leaves a lot to be desired. The package was mostly open already and the only reason I did not return it immediately was that the plastic on the various chair parts was still intact and didn't look opened.

Been using it for about 4 months, so far no problems at all. Really comfortable for every day use and the breath ability is good aswell.
