Had this boom arm for just over a year. Its been strong and very sturdy. But just as the 1 year warranty expired, the boom arm broke. The screw wasn't tightening so the boom arm wouldn't hold the weight. I guess this boom arm only lasts a year. Its a lot of money to buy a boom arm every year. Those who have it longer might have just not moved the arm. I did contact Fifine, but they couldn't do anything as I was just out of my warranty. Thankfully I went ahead and got a similar boom arm for £15. If that lasts a year, it would be well worth it.
