Tablets big to swallow down , but take with glass water or milk I do when I can just before main meal before breakfast or even meal. I think it value for money.

Bought as my regular brand of Myo-Inositol was out of stock, after taking for a month my periods are no longer regulated and symptoms have returned so I will be going back to a different brand.
