I really love this cleansing balm. It's very effective in removing all make up, even waterproof mascara. It is very gentle, especially when used around the eyes, and does not sting at all. And it is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Got this on prime day so price was good. Lovely balm cleanser that will rival more expensive brands. Doesn't irritate my skin, as you'd expect from a balm cleanser it leaves my skin feeling soft and clean and doesn't irritate my skin. Smells lovely, all round good product and I would buy again if the price was reasonable.

Creamy, lathers up well and leaves your skin feeling nourished. I like the slightly gritty texture as if feels like you are properly exfoliating your face, no need to scrub just gently rub in the skin. Very impressed as no reaction after using it and it smells nice too.

This is the best ever facial scrub. Gorgeous scent and my skin feels really good after it. It gives a firm, scrubby sort of scrub. It is not a really gentle scrub (I find over-gentle scrubs pointless) and yet it doesn't feel scratchy in any way. My skin tends to build rough patches and little pimples and it really helps with this. I notice this problem returns if I stop using it.

A go-to for my sensitive skin. I've used this for years, can't complain. The fragrance is light enough to not be overwhelming, leaves skin glowy and moisturised without feeling too heavy or sticky.

This is a brilliant product as I’m trying to save the pennies from using another big brand (Ehmm.. Elemis) does the exact same thing oddly enough get more eye makeup off which is a blessing and it smells stunning 🤩 you got my vote and I’m sure I’ll be back to purchase more as my daughter will be pinching it off me.

I have reactive skin and when I received this I thought it might break my skin out cos it has a strong (but pleasant) scent Well.it hasn't broken my skin out at all. I use it after a cleansing balm to double cleanse and it's wonderful. The texture is lovely and creamy for my mature skin, it's also moisturising and my skin feels and looks great It's a large bottle too yet a little goes a long way so, it lasts for ages

I decided to try this instead of my usual, natural cleansing balm. You get a good amount in the pot but I can see it is likely to run out a bit quicker than the smaller pot I’m used to because it just doesn’t seem to go as far. However, it’s absolutely lovely and has not irritated my acne prone, rosacea suffering skin! I use this as the first part of a double cleanse at night and remove it using a hot cloth but it also rinses off in the shower. Even using a foam cleanser afterwards my skin still feels comforted and softened by this balm. I enjoy the smell of the balm, the ingredients are fairly natural and the packaging is pretty. It is better value than my usual brand too, so it is ticking a lot of boxes. Lost one star as can’t recycle the plastic pot in my area. My usual brand is a glass pot. I’m happy with my purchase and I would recommend it to friends.

If you don't like the smell of roses you shouldn't purchase but it doesn't linger after you rinse it off. Very effective cleanser great for drier more mature skin but works with all skin types very gentle. If you are on the oily side you might want to double cleanse and follow up your makeup removal with a foamy cleanser.
