Does this include any reels with it ?

Hi, No there are no reels supplied in the PTP 116. It will however take either 2 reels with 120mm film on it or 3 reels with x 35mm film or a MOD 54 to process 5x4 film. You can buy the reels separately in multipacks http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0000BZMDS or singles http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0000BZMCY. On the other hand, the PTP 115 (universal tank that takes either 120mm or 35mm) http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0000BZMIH comes with two reels and PTP 114 (35 mm tank) comes with a reel too http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0000BZMFJ.

What is the milliliter capacity or requirement for this tank?

It's the same per reel as the smaller tanks that is 290 ml per 135 film and 500 ml per 120 film. It takes 3 x 135 or 2 x 120 films, so you would need 870 ml to do 3 x 135 films or, 2 x 120 films which would need 1000 ml. This is the minimum amount of chemicals, you could use more but not sure how much more it would take to fill it beyond the 1000 ml mark. At a guess I would say circa 1100 ml. Hope this is what you were looking for.
