We purchased this tent for our two boys earlier this year. It spent the entire spring/summer/fall in our woods and endured all the rain and wind during that time. I just took it down before snow and did not notice and wear or damage from the first year outside.

I'm uncertain what the exact claims are regarding the size of the tent, but it makes a great one person tent, assuming you are bringing a decent pile of gear with you. Sure, you *could* fit more people, but it might be less comfortable. The height is good for a grown adult. You have to bend over to get in, but once in you can stand up and move around. The canvas is high quality and seems to resist water well. The ground tarp stitched into the bottom of the tent seems substantial as well. You would still want to lay down a ground cover, however, just to make sure a stray stick doesn't puncture anything. The spikes and tie ropes are substantial and quality built. The tent poles to open the interior up are also quality products. The rubberized section that allows for a oven or stove pipe to go through the roof is thick and will last, I think. One nice addition to the design is the vent flaps on side walls.

I've used this tent on three separate occasions this season. Great tent for overlanding. Easy to set up and well thought out. I can set it up in under a half hour by myself. The zippers are good. It is triple stitched where needed and double stitched every where else. We've been using this tent with a wood stove and would definitely recommend a hot mat (heat resistant) under the stove as the floor is not heat resistant. It is well made, roomy and comfortable. It hasn't rained on us yet so I can't speak for the water resistance. Perfect tent for car camping or overlanding.

Currently sitting in the West TX ice storm, warm and cozy thanks to my 10-ft Olive Green bell tent. Set up was easy by myself as a solo traveler. I did follow the canvas seasoning instructions and saturated it and let it dry prior to moving my gear in. So far the yurt has stood tall with no issues in the Chihuahua Desert, withstanding wind gusts of 40-50 mph and now under 0.10” of ice. As a full time traveler currently stranded by the weather, this tent has become home. Pros: easy to set up, ample room for 1 traveler + 3 dogs, waterproof, weatherproof Cons: Fire retardant fabric not available in this size.
