General Hydroponics Liquid Kool Bloom Fertilizers, 1-Quart

I am glad I bought this when I did. The instructions on GH website call for 2 tsp per five gallons during week 7 of bloom but week 7 can be done over for a longer season. This product turned my growing season around, besides having trouble setting flowers on my peppers when it's 95 out in July, the plants responded well to a lower nitrogen and higher Potassium and Phosphate feeding program. The other products from General Hydroponics are also for sale on Amazon like, floranova and floralicious plus, both I deemed necessary. This really turned around my growing season, before I used orchid blooming fertilizer, like 0-54-32 and got lots of flowers but this stuff worked just as well and makes my plants really hardy. The price is offsetting because I bought the whole blooming season line but hopefully the experts at GH will follow through. I have noticed though that the directions on the bottle aren't accurate if your going to be using other fertilizers with this, like the base nutrients, and need to check on the proper amount to harmonize. I got the drain-to-waste (soil) chart off the general hydroponics website and started at week 7. This stuff doesn't seem strong enough though when the plants need to root or bloom, this kind is low on the scale of fertilizers compared to ordering directly the main ingredient, monopotassium phosphate. Compared, plants fed early after transplants (like in february I fed a chocolate ghost pepper monopotassium phosphate) the plants fed the high numbered fertilizer are doing much better. So the strengths of the last two numbers on this are a little low and like buying enough of this to feed 100 pepper plants is outrageous and using a more cost effective program would be better. This didn't exactly turn around the flowering process like monopotassium phosphate (similar to dry koolbloom) because it's just not strong enough. The stuff wouldn't kick in fast enough when I need to get flowers the process takes a while. The change in mesuring nutrients was difficult too because there is now 8 different bottles (floranova,floranectar..) between fertilizer feedings.

Really helped plant growth, the bottle came with a nice seal with a double ring making it easy to use with a syringe. I expect the quart bottle to last me a long time making it a great value for the money!

Gotta be careful here and follow directions to a tee or you will give your fifis too much of this great bloom enhancer and it'll seem to not be good for it.BUT if you learn to use this product the right way-in smaller doses-you will get great results.If you overdose your girls -they will stress and go to herm-out on you and all you will get is a rm full of seeds! ! !Be careful to use directed by instructions-I got more snow to shovel byby

I tried this supplement for my hydroponic cherry tomatoes and they just took off. I have continued to have fruit for the past four months which I have never been able to accomplish before. This is definitely a welcome addition to my gardening arsenal.

As a major participater in Kool bloom products I highly recommend Kool bloom liquid as well as cool bloom dry. They both are cost profitable!! And using both in tandem make for some of the best flowering and and heavy yields! "Hands down" easy too use and quick performance.

I use this in conjunction with the other 3 part GH line with excellent results. Gorgeous flowers that need nothing. This fertilizer adds that little bit of P/K that is often needed when a plant is in full bloom and really feeding hard. A little goes a long way. Love it, and at this price delivered to my door its hard not to!

Just add to your nutrients partway thru flower and you will not be disappointed.

Ok, this stuff is really strong. I use it in soil, mixed with other fertilizers to get the NPK values that I want... other stuff says like 5-10 ml by liter of water... this takes like 5 ml by GALLON! I'll probably have this bottle for the next 2 years. It's almost hard to measure when you just need like 2 liters of nutirents. It makes tiny crystals on the bottle where it spills. Haven't used it through a complete growth cycle, so I can't say how it helps as far as blooming is concerned, does a good job at rooting / transplanting when mixed with something else that adds a little phosphorus..
