I wasn't sure I would, when I ordered it, what with the thick leather-encased spine support, whether the hot/cold packs were gimmicky, whether it was both effective but comfortable to actually wear. Well, it is comfortable, and also quite effective. The leather support in the back does not dig into your back as I'd worried it would, and the hot/cold packs are anything but gimmicky, they're surprisingly effective, they're good quality packs, and you get two! On top of that, you get the optional band for using just the packs but don't need it if you wear the brace, it has it's own pocket for them. This has it all. The only question is how long it lasts, but I don't see why it wouldn't. Highly recommend. Updating review to drop it one star, as the velcro in the front just isn't holding anymore. It's very weak velcro, and frankly, rather annoying to deal with.
