How much protein should I take daily?

Aim for 0.36g of protein per lb of body weight daily. Active people or those building muscle may need 0.54–1.1g per lb, depending on activity level and goals.

What’s the best time to take protein?

Spread protein evenly through the day, including meals and snacks. Having protein within 1–4 hours after workouts helps recovery, but total daily intake matters most.

What is Whey Protein Isolate?

Whey Protein Isolate is a purified form of whey with most fat and carbs removed. It’s a complete, fast-digesting protein ideal for those wanting high protein with minimal lactose.

What’s the difference between whey and isolate?

Whey protein has some fat and carbs, while isolate is filtered to remove most of them. Isolate has more protein per serving and is lower in lactose.

Will protein make me bulky?

No. Protein supports muscle repair and growth but doesn’t cause bulk on its own. Getting bulky requires intense strength training and calorie surplus.
