Good item. Works well. Battery backup is not on the lower side. But given its small size it's acceptable. Camera clarity is good.

Pros: 1. Easy to connect and use 2. Great functionality 3. Cleans the ears very easily 4. Lasts long on single charge Cons: 1. If you dont know what you are doing, this product probably isn't for you 2. Tip of the camera and flash gets slightly warm. You can feel it in the ear canal. But its normal I guess. 3. The pen doesn't have a cap on top. So storage might be an issue if you dont keep it in the box. Overall recommend!

Chinese App starting small trouble, after okay... Don't know how many days is working, will quality medium, not work for money

1 Star is too much. Imagine the product did not work. I submitted to return it. They refunded it. Thanks for that but can you belive they did not bother to take back the product. They knew it was faulty. They said no need to return it.

I like it, only issue with battery, only 30 minutes running. Otherwise I'll give 5 star with quality, clear pic. Easy to use, value for money, good performance

This is a wonderful piece of equipment. My recommendation, though, is to use it to have a look only, not to fit the attachments and start digging in your ears!

Buena presentación, viene con muchos accesorios y los materiales son buenos. Las instrucciones son claras y sencillas. Te descargas la aplicación (es gratuita) bien con el QR o buscándola, una vez instalada la conexión se hace muy fácil, hay que encender el dispositivo, activar en nuestro teléfono la Wi-Fi y conectarlo al la Wi-Fi que genera el otoscopio. La misma App permite capturar fotos, vídeos e incluso indica el nivel de batería. Me ha sorprendido lo bien que se ve todo con este otoscopio, las luces LED iluminan perfectamente y la cámara ofrece una imagen muy nítida. Fácil de usar y muy útil para revisar los oídos en casa. La batería dura mucho y es fácil de cargar a través de una conexión USB Micro (cable incluido).

I bought this not expecting the ear cleaning portion to work as I was only interested in the camera. I've been using earbuds a lot while on my computer and I've been having problem with my hearing. I wanted to know what's going on in there so I decided to pull the trigger on buying one of these ear cleaning camera. Tip for first time user: Make sure the attachment clicks into place before you putting it in into your ear canal. I didn't know how hard I need to rotate the attachment and think it was already tight and putting it into my ear and sure enough, the horror story of the attachment came off in the ear canal came true. However, I manage to use the spare attachment and actually hear the click to then have the confidence of digging the other attachment out without much incident. I never have that incident after that. Pro: - The app installs without much incident - The camera is very clear - The attachment is very securely attached (if you hear the click) - The camera is gimballed so your camera isn't actually rotating when you rotate the tool. - You can record your ear cleaning session Cons: - You need to know what you're doing - You need to be well coordinated - The camera requires you to switch WiFi to the device (and return it back when you're done) - The girth of the stem is pretty large for most ear. When I mentioned the girth, I meant if you need to go deeper to get into the problem area. With this device, I don't think it was meant to go too deep into the ear canal. It was meant to be used for cleaning the canal close to the opening, and it is great for that. When the thickest part start to form a perfect seal with my ear canal, I started to feel pressure in the ear and it starts to hurt. I was getting stubborn and wanted to take the compacted ear wax out. Then I start feeling something lifted, and I though I removed the wax that was blocking my hearing. I can hear better than before. I do feel a slight sting around the ear drum which lead me to believe that I may have torn my ear drum during the process by pushing air through it. I let it be for a few days and it may have been fully healed now. My recommendation is to not go too deep with this thing, and if you started to feel pressure and pain, stop and back out. I think this device will benefit having some air way that will prevent full air seal in the canal. Why did I give this a five stars after all that? - The price is very reasonable - The picture quality is very good for its price - It works for me despite some mishaps If you're going to get this type of ear cleaning camera, get this one. The attachment is secure (I don't even want to think about other brand that doesn't have the click). The gimballed camera is great, I have no problem figuring out with way is up or down. You can switch between left and right ear mode on the provided software. Believe it or not, you do get turned around between the left and right ear. Switching them make them more intuitive to navigate.

This tool will help dig out more gold than you could/can ever achieve with cotton buds. Pairing to phone for live viewing is dead easy. One improvement I'd like to have would be for a little bit of control of LED brightness, but that's just the 'photo nerd' in me being picky.
