I am prone to sun blisters on my lip if I don't use some hard core sunscreen on my lips. I find that nothing works as good as zinc. This product is very thick and creamy and opaque, think clown makeup, that's what gives you the sun protection. If you're looking for something to put on your face to prevent sunburn and also give you a little bit of makeup like color this is it! I was happy to find that this product doesn't have any taste or smell and also was fine on my acne prone skin. It's a little on the expensive side but they are big tubes and should last a few years. The pink color is very bright on the lips but I can probably add some of my own lip gloss to tone it down.
