Samsonite Framelock Hardside Luggage with Spinner Wheels

Really sturdy case with good locking system.

I hate cases with zip fastening, and I am unable to source any Cruisair cases to replace my current cases. Ordered and when opening box was surprised at how wide it was which was a good thing.However upon removing from packaging I noticed how flimsy the sides were, easily flexing to such an extent that anything inside would be compressed. The handles are off set so picking up when full means that they lean which is uncomfortable to carry/handle. The handle pull is awkward to release...its covered by a cheap soft gel type plastic that does not appear to be hardwearing, and there is no room under the recessed handle to put your fingers to pull the handle up. It is a two handed job. When you do manage to raise the handle it too is seriously flimsy. The combi lock protudes and will be damaged during transit. Very disappointed that the design is so poor and the quality of materials the same.Designed by a 12 year old and made in a sweatshop. Ive seen cases at the market for a quarter of the price more sturdy and headwearing.

Disappointing warranty experience. The 10-year limited warranty link on the Samsonite tag only allows US addresses, so I couldn’t register from the UK. The UK Samsonite site doesn’t list this model either, meaning there’s no suitable product code to select. As it stands, I’m unable to register the warranty at all ! The 10 year warranty was one of the reasons I purchased this suitcase in the first place !
