He Will Make You Smile
He's so adorable! Spouse has been having trouble meditating or doing breath work.lots of stress and difficulty holding the concentration. It's just lovely as a focus point and reminder of breath. Easy and fun to use. He's cute, and makes you smile when you use him as a focus. Okay, I admit I tried him out. And why he's a he I have zero idea.

The cutest things ever!!! It comes with instructions and is so easy to follow along, the brightness is perfect and it changes colors when it tells you to take breaths in and out. Very soft and squishy perfect for a nursery or a desk and the battery lasts forever! Great value for the money!

Challenging for young kids but still very calming
The change in colors is pretty long so it is hard for kids to breathe with the changing colors but overall it has had a calming effect for kids in my classroom

Very helpful for meditation
Very cute! Much more helpful during breathing meditation than counting 4-7-8 which engages cognitive function and takes away from simple observation of our mind

Great for easing anxiety and relaxing for sleep
I bought 2 for my daughters for Christmas. Both girls suffer from anxiety and these adorable little clouds have really helped. Theyโre small enough they can stick them in a carryon or tote bag. The light isnโt very bright and it shouldnโt be as it is supposed to be soothing. The battery life is good and it charges quickly. Itโs so easy to use itโs suitable for younger children. My daughters really appreciate their little clouds for guided breathing. They also like to use them to relax when settling down to sleep. My girls are both in their 20s.

Inaccurate timer cycles. Useless.
Breathing cycle timer is completely inaccurate on this. The colors are appearing for much longer than they should, leading to us having to hold our breath for way too long. Unusable for it's intended purpose. It's a cute idea and looks nice, but it can't be used easily for calm breathing.

GREAT Price for a great product for breathing - do not buy others, this is GREAT!
This is a GREAT item, to breathe and lower your OWN blood pressure. This is a great gift. GREAT price at half the price. Don't waste your money on brands that charge $20-$25 for the same thing. This is very nice and a great price. I would def. recommend.

Works for kids
Bought this for my five-year-old grandson who struggles sometimes with his emotions. The length of the color changing was a bit too long for him so we just have him follow his breaths in and out with each color change, but he seeks it out when heโs starting to feel upset and it has worked wonderfully to help calm him down very quickly

Ummm nope!
It only worked for two nights. I changed the batteries and it still didn't work.

Not imptessed
I want to rerun this and they make it hard. I donโt have a printer and normally you can just drop things off with a scanned pic on your phone. Of course this one needs a printed off form. Not impressed
