This is a really cute breathing necklace! I got the rainbow-looking one, and the colors are vibrant in person as expected. What I love most is it’s completely hollow inside - no cotton filter or anything else which was important to me and will make it easier to clean. It has a nice weight to it but still feels light. It’s about two inches long, maybe a bit less. It came with two chains which I love for style preference, personalization, and clasp function, and both are adjustable. It’s easy to use - simply exhale through it! It gives a controlled mindful way of exhaling and was satisfying to experience. The only thing is it’s not exactly silent (or at least mine isn’t) and it does make some noise when exhaling through, but not terribly loud. Depending on exhale force, it either makes like an airy sound or a slight whistle sound, though I found controlling the airflow and playing around with it helps to figure out how to make it more quiet. In my video, I do three different exhale strengths so hopefully you can hear the difference in sounds (first is middle strength normal exhale force, second is quieter and more airy to avoid whistle, and third is more forceful exhale). Overall I think it’s great value for money, especially given that it’s hollow. I’m trying to use it to cut back/quit vaping, we will see if it helps with that! 🤞

Today was my first day quitting vaping. I bought patches and gum in the morning and was going to receive this later in the day. Just less than an hour ago I was thinking I’d just have one more hit, that it would still be progress, blah blah. But this was delivered right after I started having that craving. So I used it immediately and felt instant relief. It definitely helped me through the hardest part of this day. I don’t know what is with the negative reviews, if people are only using this to quit then obviously you’re going to have intense cravings and give in still more than likely. But I think it’s a good substitute for the oral fixation habit and still gives you some relief just with breathing techniques. And I think the pull mimics a vape pretty well, it depends on what kinds of vapes you used but this definitely has more resistance than say a straw. It’s not super resistant but it’s pretty accurate to me. It’s inexpensive and worth a shot if you’re considering. And cool that you can keep it on a necklace to have it on at all times.

This is one of those things you buy just because you want to see just what it is. Well, I will say it is made very well, it is round and air goes through it, it has 2 chains one that is made for you to wear as a necklace and one to wear as a bracelet. As for the quit smoking hack, NOT going to archive that unless your already in that mind frame. Blowing air through a straw would work better.

This necklace is gorgeous and works exactly as I expected. The chain was nicer than expected. However the links on the chain keep prying open from any kind of regular wear. The links have broken three times since I purchased this necklace a month ago.

Cool concept, mellow vibes—but not quite the magic I was hoping for. The design is sleek and the idea of a breathing necklace is kinda groovy, like something Jerry Garcia would’ve worn while tuning his guitar between sets. It definitely helps you slow down and take a breath, but let’s be honest—it’s basically a fancy metal straw on a chain. It looks good, and I appreciate the attempt at portable mindfulness, but after a while it feels a bit gimmicky. Still, if you’re into simple tools to help center yourself (and maybe channel a little Deadhead energy), it’s not a bad pickup. Just don’t expect it to replace your yoga mat or therapist.

Small which is nice for your pocket, easy cleaning, good value and used to stop smoking and still be able to hold it and feels like you're smoking and breathing well.

I bought this to help with my anxiety. I got my husband the black version, too. I've used mine so much. It's so relaxing, comforting... just all around a great tool. It's small, about the size of a dog whistle. But it's just a metal tube. No extra holes to turn it into a whistle. I got this one because of the curved mouthpiece. I like using it for a few deep breaths before sleep, when I'm feeling particularly anxious, or even just when I feel like I need some satisfying deep breaths. I could see how this might be good for people trying to quit smoking. It would definitely replace the motion of it, but instead you'd just be breathing air. It's also super convenient that you can wear it on a chain around your neck. Mine came with two different chains--a standard silver one and one in the same color of the device. I love this thing. If I ever lose it, I'll definitely order it again. Great quality item.

Got suckered into this. It’s just sucking in air like it says, but does nothing else FOR ME. Waste of money!
