Product review after 5 months
Intially when i got this product it was working well. Sound quality was average. The buttons were not working properly as most of the times when tried to pause it would either lowers the volume or increases it. Not most important after using it for just 5 months Left side of this earhphone has stopped working. As the same is in warranty i contacted them via email and their website. I got call from their sales executive. After 3 days of my compliant, they had directed me to ship this product to their place (Haryana) the shipping will cause me another 150-200 rupees charge. Again if you are considering this earphones cheap. Please consider if any wrong happens then its just crap.

Bad Product. Hopeless customer service.
Bad product. Hopeless customer service. Bought the product in mid March 2025, worked fine until mid May 2025 and one side of earpiece did not work. Contacted the customer service team and they asked me to courier the product to them for repairs (courier charges paid by customer). Got the product back in a weeks time, my earpieces worked but not I am facing issues with USB. USB does not connect with the phone and I’m facing regular disconnection. I’d say spend a bit more and buy product of another company

An incredible earphone.
I am using the "Hammer nova" earphones, which are very nice and comfortable to use. The sound quality of the earphone is very nice, providing noise cancellation features also, while using. The earbuds have a backside magnetic base, through which, both earbuds can be kept together. The earphone is tangle free, which is an added advantage for the users. So, I suggest, just close your eyes and buy this earphone and use. A "value for money" earphone, "Hammer Nova", a very nice product for the customers. Thanks and regards, 😊👍🇮🇳🕉️🎷🌷
