It's natural and helps me feel at ease that I have it around in case I get another UTI. Keep it around and us it every now and again to make sure my bladder is clean. No real scent. I think it's effective in a cumulative way and an acute way. If you just use it once in a while in coffee, it helps lightly sweeten it and also helps it to vlean your bladder.
