Great keyboard! Watch out for open box products though.
Overall a very well-made keyboard, but my first delivery seems to be an open box item (no shrink wrap, missing packaging, and the keyboard was sitting outside of the inner box at delivery), one of the keys did not have the clicky feedback, so I requested a replacement. Replacement looks and feels spanking new.

Excellent feel and sound
Amazon, please auto-save reviews, because I'm not writing this all over again. In summary: - It is great. Small. Compact. Customizable. Full anatomically correct numpad. - Knob feels good. It has a soft resistance stepping mechanism similar to a mouse wheel. - Keycaps look and feel great. You just need to wait for their shine-through keycaps to come back in stock or get them 3rd party if you want those. - It work with the open source software, VIA, which is pretty cool. Just gotta follow instructions on the Keychron website to download and load the layout into VIA. VIA is a separate project from Keychron, so I won't ding this keyboard or Keychron for it not being there by default, in fact I'd give Keychron kudos for providing the layout on their website so that it will work.

bad
Sound is bad, especially the keys with stabilizer. not VIA/QMK natively supported, you will need to search how to flash the firmware onto the keyboard. aftermarket keycaps don't fit. I have a K7pro, and the same keycaps by Womie fits. (VIA reads it natively) Unless you know how to write your own firmware, The caps and numlock keys will remain lit and ignore light pattern, even off). I have place electrical tape under the switch as I don't use backlight at all.

BEWARE: Not Hot Swappable/Proprietary stabilizers
The listing showed hot swappable option available. This isn't one of them. Keychron also seems to use proprietary stabilizers (the little plastic pieces to support bigger keys like the spacebar, shift, enter, etc.) so you can't just swap out the keycaps with any low profile keycaps. You can with most of the keys, just not the big ones unless you also replace the stabilizers. That being said, I did replace the keycaps minus the aforementioned large keys, and the typing experience is admittedly pretty darn good. The QMK feature (fully customizable key-mapping) is also really nice, but you have to use Keychron's website.
