The Jcotton Key Light is a round advisory 30cm variable white temperature LED light. This is a complete kit; with a light stand; remote (batteries not included) and the light. The light is all plastic, including the mount. One very nice thing is the power cord plugs straight into the light; without needing a power brick. This does make the light get warm in use but even after 6 hours of constant use it never got hot to the touch. The light itself has a very good diffuser on the front, with no visible hot or cold spots on mine across the brightness range.The back of the light has a clear to read control panel; and separate buttons to adjust the brightness and colour temperature. It adjusts from an orange 3000k to a blue 6000k. Powering the light on and off it remembers the settings which is useful. At full power the light uses 42 watts of power so it isn’t going to run your bill through the roof.On the face of it the price looks a bit steep; but you are getting a large light – more so than comparably priced products. It is missing some bells and whistles like app control or settings memory. As a kit it works fine; and is a good place to start and you can upgrade elements of the set as you grow. As a kit for improving your work conference call lighting; or starting out recording interviews or other streaming videos it will do you well. The light is an even temperature over the face; it works just fine from 2-3m away illuminating what’s going on and getting rid of shadows.

I was excited to try this one out as I had been searching for a new ring light to purchase.The panel light feels of good quality and is easy to operate with the touch screen at the back or remote control, which is useful while working. The light has a 180° flexible rotation, making it easy to adjust when streaming at your desk, and the colour temperature is easily adjustable from 3000K to 6000K. The stand is reasonably strong and sturdy, made of good quality metal, and the whole thing is very easy to connect and set up. However, I found the lead plug challenging to put into the light, but once in, it is secure.Overall, I find this ring panel light to be a useful and quality tool for my streaming and photography needs.

I use it for live streaming, video recording, applying makeup, and even taking selfies. Additionally, the included adjustable stand allows me to position the light at the perfect height and angle. The phone holder securely grips my phone, keeping it in place while recording or taking photos.

Very good led video / still photography light. This is a well made, robust and quite heavy duty product with a 240v/ 13amp power lead. There is great customisability from the rear key panel and the remote control. Excellent brightness and the adjustability of colour temperature (pure white to orange, 6000k to 3000K is superb). For the money, this is a highly recommended product, highly versatile with a multitude of uses. I used it in a large photo shoot with a digital SLR, instead of using a camera mounted flash.

JCOTTON light ring is super flexible and easy to use. I didn’t realise this would be as easy to use as it is, as my old light is a mare to move, and once you have it in position you don’t want to move it, this however I can move as much as I like so I can change position and scenes as many times as I like and not have to faff. Its such a versatile light, and a decent price for what you get as the quality is second to none.

so it came very quickly, nicely packed, it was easy to assemble as all instructions were in the leaflet, gives so much more light for pictures, super easy to work with, stands really well, adjustable height, absolutely perfect.!
