As advertised! I bought it for just the ab and back workouts. Pretty sturdy but also easy to carry/move around the house. Just wish it would elevate a bit higher. Only the lower end has the ability to extend. Wish the front would extend too so the ab workout can be steeper. The equipment makes no noise. The parts come in contact with body parts are well padded, so pretty comfortable. My only other complaint is while the lower end is easy to extend and retract, the front of the equipment isn’t convenient to adjust the angle. I have to completely pull the peg out and put it back in. Over all, it’s still a very solid equipment. Simple and functional. Oh, btw, don’t bother with their app. Lol seriously, doesn’t offer much. I tried and uninstalled immediately.

Able to get a great workout! Not loud at all. I did take one star away because although you can extend the length, you cannot extend the height. The general design makes it easy to get multiple workouts with one machine. All the pads feel like a decent quality too!

Absolutely in love with this so far! It’s easy to put together, & very sturdy, & I love all the options you can do to optimize your work out. Not to mention I have a small house & the fact that I can fold it up & loan it against a wall or put it under a bed is extra awesome !

I highly recommend this product. I hate going to the gym and feel self conscious working out in front of people. I was never too confident in the use of gym equipment. However my son helped me put this together and I am able to change it to the workout I need easily. Its super simple and small to store. The price was great for what you get!

I love this rowing machine. Its compact and light weight and very quiet Theres an app for your phone so you can follow along and do the workouts with someone I especially liked that part so I can be sure Im doing it the right way. The machine itself is high quality I assembled it in about 20 minutes by myself. Affordable and an asset to my workout.

Yes it seems well made. My husband and I are doing a gym in our house and this is a great addition. The only problem is that it went on sale within 5 days of my purchase and I could not receive a credit for the $30 difference without sending it back and reordering the item

Easy to put together but the white paint chips off when you assemble! Thats a huge flaw in my book because it makes it look used and damaged before you can even get on the machine to use it!
