Installed quickly. Good quality! Hubster added in some caulk in bolts make sure no water gets down in there. I am sure this will last for some time. Pleasantly surprised by quality fit and looks of this product. Cane to house quickly too. I didn't expect it to be as nice looking as it made my truck now my husband who drives a huge Tundra kinda jealous! Hee White 4 Runner Black out around and mud tires this just iced the look! Very happy and have recommended to several others! Thank you!

Took forever to get the rack. A refund was issued because it was so late, a month. Waiting for them to charge me again. Easy install, took 1 hour tops. No instructions so it took longer than it probably should. Not hard to figure out.

This roof rack is well-designed, and sturdy, and is the perfect upgrade for my Toyota 4Runner. It was received in good condition, but it wasn't until it was fully installed that it became apparent that one of the feet was out of alignment. This distortion is likely a manufacturing defect (not damaged in shipping). This results in a small gap at the space between the rack and roof, which cannot be adjusted to fit, and could allow water to get beneath the foot and possibly leak into the vehicle through the roof attachment. I don't want to uninstall and return the entire rack just yet, so I unsuccessfully tried to contact the Chinese seller to ask for advice or a replacement foot. Beware that while this is a good rack, it may lack the desired manufacturing quality controls, and the customer service to remedy any problems.

The worst directions ever written by man product came scraped, faded, and shipped and finish. Do not buy.

It looks great on the runner! It’s durable and went together nicely, but some of the pieces were bent/warped so I had to put some pressure on it to line the holes up on top of the 4Runner itself, otherwise I was satisfied.
