Do not buy this product if you’re trusting Kisper to honor their warranty. I purchased two of these chains August 2025. The clasp broke on one of the chains within 90 days of purchase. I filed a warranty claim for repair/replacement and returned the chain to Kisper with shipping label provided. I received an email from Kisper on Nov 10th 2025 confirming that the damaged chain had been received and they would advise as soon as the repaired/replaced item would be shipped back to me. It’s been a month since I received that email with absolutely no further communication whatsoever. I have called at least 3 times and was told each time that a customer service representative would return my call same day. No one has cared enough to return my call. I have emailed the company at least three times with no reply received. I have been completely ghosted by this company. Their customer service is poorer than poor which is the reason that I gave them one star. I tried to submit this review with zero stars but the review would not submit.

I purchased this product as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, and he is very happy with it. The chain appears to be a nice quality, especially given the price. It has a nice shine to it and the color appears as described (I purchased the yellow gold). I purchased the standard men's length and he is happy with the length. It looks nice with both collared shirts and t-shirts.

My son loved his gift! This Kisper 18k gold chain was exactly as they promised. Figaro diamond-cut was perfect for his look. 5mm in size meant that it was not too large and not too small but just right.

Wore this chain every day for the last year and a half. I never took it off. Wore it in the shower and during sweaty jobs. The gold finally just came off. Still a solid chain. For $65 you can’t beat it.
