clipped it onto my gym bag and super useful without the mess of typical chalk. smells clean too. easy to wash off when you're done with your work out. dries out your had properly so they don't slip on heavy lifts or pulls.

Definitely will not help you stick to the pole. It’s like perfume lotion with chalk in it. Not sure how drying it is for other uses but no good for pole. But otherwise it came on time. Packaged well. Cheaper than most brands. My husband will use it to keep his hands dry during basketball. I’ll update this once he uses it.
