Great product. Love it in juices or over cereal.

Wonderful Omega 3 add on. I add it to smoothies. My wife usually has an allergic reaction to Walnuts, but, NOT with this blend. So she is very happy with it. Maybe how it is processed. Also when added it does not seem to alter the taste of the item.

It has no taste I add it to my coffee in the mornings.

Works out perfect for our juice drinks.

I first bought this product, along with 2 others that are similar, for breakfast on my yogurt. Glad to find it on Amazon as can't get it locally anymore. Helps with digestion.

This is a fantastic product, my very favorite from Linwood’s. I have used it for a number of years here and in Europe. The only problem is that it takes so long for delivery and it is not readily available in stores.

I put it in my protein shake every morning with dark Peruvian chocolate powder with a half of a banana. I love it. It diminishes my under and sometimes I don’t have to eat until dinner.

I've always eaten flaxseed but this was like finding a gold mine. I had this for the first time while visiting my sister in England and I bought just one bag to bring back to the US with me, it didn't last long, it's not sold in the US and I can't make a trip to London whenever I run out. I definitely cannot wait for my sister to purchase and mail it to me so thank God I found this and can order on Amazon. I love it!!!!

Love this flaxseed and nut mix not over fine and great in cereal or add to smoothies for extra goodness. I prefer this to flaxseed on its own and with the added nuts I know I am getting extra protein and health benefits. I have also used in banana muffins and my morning porridge so a great all rounder.

So much better than just plain flaxseed, great added to oatmeal.

Love this Linwood's milled flaxseed , nuts and Q10 . It's great to add extra norishment taste and texture to food , especially good to add to porridge, musuli, smoothies and soups. Have tried the berry variety too which was also very good but this one is my favourite and the one I repeatedly buy.

I tried the Cocoa Strawberry Blueberry version first and it took me ages to get through it. I use it on my cereal but didnt like the flavour. Glad I gave this one a go as I much prefer it and will buy more of this one. It's worth trying different versions as there may be one that you prefer, but I would definitely recommend starting out with this one if you've never tried Linwoods before; it's nutty and crunchy and works well with cereal.

I cannot tell you how much I love this, it tastes fantastic, it is milled to perfection, no little bits stuck between my teeth, it is definitely Moorish and something I will be buying again - absolutely gorgeous and healthy too - who could ask for more. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to add a touch of easy health and nutrition to their day
