Awesome rug. Purchased for the lounge in front of a logburner ( Wales, it's an essential ) Looks great, nice colour and this is one solid rug. Lovely to walk on and much thicker pile than the old one it replaced. As its wool, like the old one it should be easy to clean. Looking at the build of it, it should outlast me.

The quality of the rug is not good. It’s not 100% wool, it’s not as rich as the picture in color. It doesn’t reflect high quality and looks cheap for such a high price and false claim of wool. It’s not soft and lush like wool rugs. The color is dull and rug looks cheap not described correctly in pictures. Its deceiving. I’d like to claim refund.

The threads were coming out on day 1; there is a weird white powder on them; the threads are rare and very short; the backing is 'cloth' 70%(not cotton). I would like to return.

After nearly a year fluff still coming off the rug . Rubbish !!!!
