Really good product and worth buying it from Amazon in Dubai

I bought this for a friend and it just stopped working. Now, amazon says "we only sell, the brand gives the warranty" and dyson says "we don't have guarantee coverage for amazon sold items". I pay 3-4 times the market price for a product depending on the brand image etc and now this is what we get as a consumer.

It broke after less than 6 months and Dyson is claiming this seller is not an authorised seller. Avoid the product, avoid the seller

I bought 2 items for my sisters And one of them stopped working after 1 use ! Be careful, before buying such an expensive product!

Bought as a gift and was truly disappointed that power plug is not compatible with UAE power sockets, it wasn’t mentioned on product description either. Now gift is ruined and it’s too late for a refund or exchange either…

I am concerned this seller is selling faulty or used goods. It stopped after one month working.

Dyson es una gran marca, esta plancha secadora no maltrata el cabello, no lo alisa al 100 pero es funcional y deja un acabado brilloso en cabello, el unico pero es su tamaño y peso, demasiado voluminosa para llevar de viaje

Got this gift for my wife for Christmas, came in very easy and works wonderfully. She uses it all the time and it perfectly straightens her hair every time without any worries whatsoever
