As a female with endometriosis, my experience is like most women who suffer with this condition - it takes over a decade to get diagnosed and the "treatment" options are just as damaging to the body and mind as the debilitating effects of endo. And for someone who has been eating a VERY strictly clean and moderated diet for 20 years (a greater part of that I was vegetarian because of my digestive response to meats), the options that conventional medicine have to offer, simply suggest that managing stress is the only "holistic" approach left I can take that doesn't include surgeries and synthetic hormones. If that isn’t stressful, I don’t know what is! And that was most definitely not an acceptable answer to myself so I have spent years exploring by trial and error…this eventually led me to Ancestral Supplements and the sincerely incredible human Brian, the owner, who simply put, has saved my LIFE! Here’s my journey back to a life worth living: My ah ha moment related to animal organs/bioavailability came from my hardcore stance on feeding my dogs raw, nutrient dense diets over the years. And most specifically, as a pit bull owner, managing histamine/allergic responses in my dogs has always been a priority. After my endo diagnosis and some changes that took place for me - namely surgery to diagnose my endo, removal of my fallopian tubes and taking me off of birth control that I had been on since I was very young to treat "heavy bleeding" but was causing severe side effects - in the aftermath of these biological changes I started to have an even more significant response to histamines. I had never had "allergies" before and cyclically I was now having very severe responses to my environment. As one of those many trials and errors, I started to dabble first with animal fats, as I had learned about my body composition and my ability to digest and break down fats very well. I then transitioned into including small amounts of whole liver and heart from a local farm here in AZ that pasture raises all its meats. While the transition was somewhat difficult simply because I have a digestive system that has never been happy - I persevered through this complete shift from vegetarian/vegan to predominantly carnivore. Through this process, it forced me to dive deep on the bioavailability and "like-for-like" impact of eating animal organs to treat my organs. I have stage 4 endo which means it has spread in my body well beyond my reproductive system which includes an impact on my digestive system and my nervous system, including my vagal nerve. I definitely relied on sources of information that were being shared by the Paul Saladino's of the world, but continued to find myself stuck a bit when it came to a focus specifically on women's health and those conditions that afflict so many of us. After digging and digging, and finding a lot of great reviews of Ancestral Supplements, I was intrigued to keep digging into all of the various options - the most extensive when it comes to desiccated organ supplements. And so I started my journey with just liver supplementation first because my endo can also cause a lot of nausea and I had been struggling to always consume liver in the whole form. Being able to do both - desiccated when needed and whole liver - was a game changer. I had also been rendering down my own suet and trying to incorporate that into my diet, so Ancestral’s tallow was also another great way to supplement without having to consume food in volume when my body was still trying to just heal. Long story short, as a regular consumer of Ancestral Supplements’ liver, thymus, colostrum, intestines, tallow, brain, gallbladder, collagen and pancreas supplements - I have experienced an incredible shift in the levels of pain and frequency that my body feels, a response that many have told me I may never have with my severity of endo. Generally, endo flare ups would put me out for several weeks each month (and yes I know there are only 4 weeks in a month, tragic). Those flare ups have been shorter and more manageable generally. And then there's the mental health benefit - the severe impact of endo and my life experiences have taken a drastic toll on my mental health. I have been diagnosed in the past with PMDD which was very severe when I came off of birth control, although really no better while on it. The "cocktail" of supplements has completely saved my life. When my mental health improved, so did my energy levels. As an always energetic and physically active person, it has been difficult to go through long, extended bouts of no energy - it kills your spirit. But I have found it again, and so quickly. Sustaining through an entire day was not something I could do without pain and exhaustion hitting me and knocking me out by nightfall. Now, I am in control of my energy, my sleep is deliberate and my physical activity is coming back (without the negative effects that endo had prior - I would lose feeling in my legs due to endo flare ups on my nervous system). I was introduced to Ancestral Supplements through my daughter Tiffany a bit over a month ago. I did my research on the company and their supplements and was so impressed I ordered 4 of their supplements which I mention below. I cannot believe how well we are doing great on Ancestral Supplements!!! First thing I noticed was my brain fog lift, more calmness, deep sleep, vivid dreams. I don’t wake up achy anymore. I used to wake up with my neck and shoulders stiff always! I was constantly making trips to my chiropractor because of the constant pain. Not anymore! My stamina is even better. For me, besides the severe digestive issues I’ve suffered all my life, my other big issue has always been my energy. I have worked with different practitioners throughout the years and it’s always the same. I start to feel better but the energy is NEVER what it should be. There would be good days and tired days. Never consistent energy. Even working with a practitioner I was working with recently and taking all the expensive supplements I was taking, I felt better to some extent, but the energy issue was still the same, brain fog, achiness and so forth. With your supplements I noticed a significant difference within the first few days! When you choose a specific product, go to the Ancestral Supplements website and read all the info on that product. Educate yourself on it. On every supplement you will read the importance of STARTING SLOW. Most people don’t realize that their lymphatic system may be sluggish & their detox pathways may not be working properly. This was the case with me so when I first started working with a practitioner, we worked for months on getting those detox pathways open. These supplements work unlike anything I’ve ever taken but you will NEED TO GO SLOW at first. Be patient and start with 1 capsule for a week then go to 2 the next week and so forth until you get to your desired dosage. Even at one capsule you will possible notice a slight headache, tiredness, nausea and so forth. Again, as Brian has mentioned before, this is a sign that your detox pathways are opening up and doing their thing. Some of your symptoms may get worse temporarily before they get better. This has been the case with me in the past. When taking the Ancestral supplements, even at 1 capsule a week, I’ve dealt with minor discomforts but again, I’ve been dealing with health issues for many years so this is expected when you’re trying to heal. BE PATIENT, it will get better. If you have never worked with a practitioner before, you may even have to start with 1/2 capsule to begin with and that’s ok. Been on Kidney for about 3 months now and have reordered a couple of times. One major improvement for sure I've noticed is my overall urine output flow is FULLER than I've EVER experienced in my 58 years. Brian (owner) goes beyond the norm to help, is extremely responsive, informative in educating me in how to use each product or which one to use for which auto-immune issue I have (had). I have peppered him with question after question and he's always quick to respond, gracious and helpful with any question I send to him. He responds within a few hours. I am on Trachea to boost my immune system that was shot, Bone Marrow and Beef Organs to assist with my joint/bone health. I was diagnosed with FM a couple of years ago and, of the 30+ symptoms I HAD, and working with my Dr. and other protocols I am using. I am on Liver, Bone Marrow, Collagen, Kidney and Thymus. I have had many health issues that started during my pregnancy with my fourth child (24 years ago). I felt like my body completely changed and I have had one health issue after another. If I had a day where a felt good that was very usual for me. I just learned to accept feeling terrible and being sick all the time. In August I developed eczema on my hands, a candida/fungal infection on my chest and hives from head to toe. I was absolutely miserable and could not sleep due to the severe itching! I ended up at the doctor’s office and was given a steroid shot. I also decided to order the collagen since it helps to heal the skin. From all the hive issues, it looked like I had red sores all over me. Within 20 minutes of taking the Thymus, all the itching completely stopped! I also took the Collagen and the next morning when I woke up the sores looked almost healed and very pale in color where the day before they had been bright red! The pills are really easy to swallow and they are quite helpful as far as health benefits go. The pills are quite small and I don’t smell anything weird from them. Their quality seems to be good.

I started off taking the liver because I've watched some videos and read some articles about the benefits of it. It's supposed to be the most nutrient dense food on the planet and well, I felt like I was missing something. Some of the health issues that I've been trying to get handled are : fatigue, low motivation, mood issues, anxiety, not recovering well from working out (or just plain not having the energy/motivation to), etc. (I'm sure I'm missing some symptoms haha) Well anyways, I've been feeling really guilty about being lazy and not reaching my potential and wanted something to help me out and so I got the liver and took 4 pills the first day. I felt it instantly and wow! I've been slowly trying to work out by doing calisthenics at my local park but I never felt like going and halfway through I just wanted to stop. After taking the liver that day I felt a definite noticeable increase in my energy and pushed myself to do more exercises! As another "side effect" my libido shot up that day too which my gf noticed as well haha. And so I kept taking 4 a day but noticed I started having some detox symptoms which concerned me. I read a couple of reviews saying how the owner, Brian, actually responded to anyone who messaged him with any concerns and so I decided to as well. I've never had the experience where the owner of a company personally gets back to you and gives you the advice you need. Brian recommended I go back to 1 pill a day and slowly work back up by adding 1 more pill a week until getting to the recommended serving size of 6. He was also really knowledgeable and shared that some people with certain types of issues like methylation can experience detox symptoms. Well, coincidentally I found out a few years ago I have homozygous MTHFR c677 so that made sense! I've also added the kidney because I had a hunch I had some thyroid issues because I always have cold hands and feet, even in the summer time. My gut also seems super sensitive and I read that it helps with that as well. I seem to tolerate the kidney much better than liver as I'm on 3 pills a day at the moment with no issues and I've noticed my stomach isn't as bothered when eating something "bad" when I take the kidney. As of now, I'm on 2 liver pills a day and 3 kidney pills a day and my detox symptoms went away, and I still feel improved energy than from going without it. When I messaged Brian, he also gave me advice on my methylation issues (adding egg yolks for choline, creatine, getting more glycine, methylfolate, etc.) I'm still continuing to move up slowly and would looove to get back to the dramatic increase in energy and mood I felt the first day without the detox symptoms. My intuition and just the feeling I get when taking these supplements tell me I'm on the right path! I will update this in 1-2 months with my progress! - Oh also, I got my girlfriend to try the liver and kidney as well because she was complaining how it's hard for her to feel consistent motivation to work out and her eczema was bothering her from sweating. I got her to try the liver and kidney after my positive experience and she was surprised to feel a big boost in energy while working out and she said her eczema wasn't flaring up too bad that day. At first she was reluctant to try these supplements but now she's going to buy her own bottles :)

I want to leave a review for each and so I’ll add what I can specifically to each. I absolutely love these supplements!! I have so many of them now and I don’t mind at all taking all the pills because I know they all help in some way. We have: Brain, Marrow, Lungs, Trachea, Intestines, Liver, Mofo, Thymus, Tallow and have just added in Organs and Adrenal! Each day, I’ll sprinkle some of each(brain,liver,marrow and will do organs as well)on my kids food each day. They have absolutely no idea that it’s there! My hubby takes 3 Mofo daily and today I’ll start him on Trachea as well. Me- I take 2-3 of everything besides the Mofo. I really started to notice the difference with Trachea. After exercising each day, my joints would stiffen up. Yesterday, we actually jogged and walked..and afterwards- hardly any stiffness in my joints! I got right out of the truck and was able to walk. That’s awesome! My husband said he usually would feel stiff afterwards as well and he said he felt a lot better yesterday and noticed the difference. My husband is not one that likes to take pills- at all! But I said if you can feel the difference then it’s worth it, right?? Of course he agreed. I have even started our dogs on some mixed in with their food. Bone marrow for one and my other doodle deals with allergies, licking, biting at her skin during these allergy months. I don’t want to start back up with the shots because it’s too expensive and they work somewhat. I started her on trachea to heal her biting wounds as well as thymus for allergies. Her wound from biting is healing nicely and she has slowed way down with itching. I have noticed that my wheezing is pretty much non existent. I haven’t been coughing or sneezing and my sinuses are opening back up. I love reading about each supplement to see what they can target. I have gotten rid of my other supplements because nothing else compares I wish I could’ve known about these a long time ago because I wouldn’t have wasted so much money. Since I don’t take the full 6, I don’t experience bad detox symptoms. If you do, just know that the supplements are doing the work that they should be doing.The owner, Brian is outstanding! Without a doubt, you can see how much he is 100% dedicated to his company and he cares about all his clients and wants all of us to experience and see what he sees.
