Works as intended. It's not fancy like the one that has a kickstand, but i put a container on the ground that us about 6" in height and use it as a seat to sit on while i hook-up to the attachment. I can get a deep squat this way, full range. I was able to put (6) 45lb plates on it with the larger round plate holder it comes with. I seen one comment saying they got 7 plates to fit, maybe with the thinner plate holder that's possible. Make sure to put weights on the opposite side of the squat rack to counter a a heavy load, otherwise it might tip over on you. For the the price, it does what it claims and i'm able to do 3-4 sets @ 8-10 reps and get a killer burn in my legs. The competition has one i saw for $300 and it comes with a fancy kickstand. It all depends on what you want to invest and what your budget is. If you want one that can hold more than 6 or 7 plates, probably have to upgrade to one of those belt squat attachments that have two plate holders on each side. I'm not even sure if this brand carries that particular version or not. Still recommend this one though.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Looks like it’s built to last. It fit my rack perfectly. I had 150lbs on it and it handle it fine.

When they talk about fit they are talking about the peg that goes through your rack. It was too large to fit through the holes in my rack. I ended up cutting it off, drilling a hole, and using a bolt and nut.

This is well designed, and great for the price.

Decent enough but not super smooth but overall I am happy with this addition to my home gym.

I don’t know why I haven’t learned my lesson when it comes to cheap exercise equipment… not surprisingly the pin didn’t fit my squat rack. It’s just a fraction of millimeter too big. Poor design

I’ve been using this to do belt squats and so far it’s been fine. Good value

Parece de buena calidad pero compré el de 5/8" y me llegó el de 1". Así que lo tuve que devolver. Una pena

It says weight capacity is 600+ lbs but there’s no way 600 lbs of plates would fit on given most plate thicknesses . Maybe 400lbs at most. Otherwise a great addition to my gym.

Sicher gutes Device, aber die gezeigte Aufschubhülse für das Rack kam nicht, sondern es war einfach der größere Durchmesser fest verbaut, der natürlich dann nicht passte -> Rückversand
