Installation done Today evening, Ac working fine and cooling is ok,but for installation total amount paid Rs 2320 Lot of hidden costs which were not mentioned in Amazon( rs1499 installation +gst), extra Rs. 250 for outdoor unit metal stand fixation ,rs 300 drainage pipe when you paying rs 1499 + gst again they are charging for outdoor metal installation that very strange

Inner device also make some sound otherwise cooling is good.

Very disappointing experience with this Cruise AC. From the beginning, the AC had cooling issues and abnormal noise problems. I registered multiple complaints under warranty, and many technicians visited, but none could permanently resolve the issue. The company kept giving false assurances about sending a senior technician, but no proper expert ever visited. Instead, they repeatedly sent inexperienced service persons who only did temporary checks without solving the real problem. What made the experience worse was that they even charged me Rs. 800 service fees despite the product being under warranty and the issue remaining unresolved. After continuous follow-ups for months, there is still no proper solution from either Cruise or the seller. Customer service is extremely poor, response time is very slow, and there is no accountability. I would not recommend this product to anyone because after-sales service is equally important as the product quality, and my experience has been frustrating and stressful.
