Just amazing really. No stimulants. Works like a bomb. Tastes great too. Transparent labs has now quickly become my fav brand. Hope they keep it clean.

This pre workout is the stim-free, pump-delivering formula I’ve been looking for! After ordering a couple different brands and having bad luck (powder either came rock solid inside the container or just didn’t deliver), I decided to spend a couple extra dollars than what I budgeted for this one. Boy am I glad I did! My volume for my workouts is rapidly improving without feeling like I’m draining myself too fast. The clean ingredients is what really does it I think. My only complaint is the amount of foam produced when shaken with water, and that some settling occurs when mixing, but those aren’t my top tier value points anyhow. It works, it works well, and it’s not too much more money than the average.

I've been looking for a stim free pre workout for a while, and this one checks almost all the boxes. My only real complaint is the flavor. It could be better, it tastes a bit sour but not in the good way lol. Performance wise, this is the best stim free pre workout I've tried. My lifts feel strong and my runs feel sustained.

As someone who doesn’t do great with caffeine, this is a great alternative that still makes me want to get up and feel energized. Taste is good too and easy to get down.

Very good hits hard fast flavor is very strong one thing to note though is the beta alanine causes an intense itching or burning on the skin for the first few minutes it’s not something that’s wrong with the product that’s just what it does overall really good product

I’ve been using this for over a month and it’s become my go-to pre-workout for afternoon/evening sessions. I train most days and take one scoop ~20–30 minutes before lifting. Main benefit is no caffeine but still noticeable performance support—better endurance and improved workout quality without affecting sleep. I originally chose Transparent Labs because the ingredients are independently verified and fully disclosed. That matters to me, even if it costs more. I’ve also tried Nutricost’s stim-free version. It’s cheaper, but I prefer the taste of this one and trust the ingredient quality more. Downside is price, but I ended up putting it on subscription to save a bit since I use it regularly. If you want a clean, caffeine-free pre-workout you can use consistently, this has worked really well for me.

It gave me good energy not jittery. Hell of a pump. Great blood flow. And pretty good taste as well

Most pre workouts are super nasty. This one I was able to stomach. And Transparent Labs is a legit company. Great for evening workouts.
