SOLID
This is a thick blade. It's heavy. And it feels amazing in my hand. I love the rusty look to it. Evil looking blade and that's why I bought it. The leather wrap is better than expected for the price.

Overall great product!
Overall this is a great product. The sheath is better than most I’ve seen but not top of the line of course. The knife itself is co stricter if some serious metal. However it does not come sharp. You can cut something with it but it’s not slicing paper or anything fancy. It will need a good grind down to get it sharp. But it’s great quality. Fits nicely in your hand. Has a good weight to it. Feels durable and strong. Definitely recommend.

True Manganese Steel is not Magnetic
This is a false advertisement. This blade is magnetic when tested. True Manganese Steel is useful because manganese steel guarantees wear and work hardening properties, it is non magnetic, making it ideal for use in electrical transformer assemblies and for industrial lifting magnets. This blade came so dull that it cant even cut paper. Its a great paperweight now.

It's mid.
It's alright I guess. I have a zombie tools diphos. So I'm biased. While it is a tough piece of metal. It is not as well polished or ground as one would expect for this price range. Which isn't much. It's not acid eched. If I had to guess it it was exposed to some form of acid with the mill scale from the tempering process still on the blade. Even if you remove the mill scale it does leave a pretty deep texture on the steel. I did a file test on the edge. To me the tempering seems a little hard for 5160/or manganese steel but for Chinesium what do you expect. You can definitely tell that it was cut with some sort of CNC plasma cutter as there was not much done as far as finishing or polising goes and if you're concerned with symmetry you ain't going to get it. Other than that it does seem to be a sharp- ish piece of metal. It's mid. I planned on filing on it anyway 🤷🏻

Excellent
Wonderful dagger but I would recommend getting a better sheath. Dagger is beautiful and well made sheath fell apart in a week.

I was hopeful but disappointed
You get what you pay for. My biggest problem with this purchase was the sheath. The sheath is chintzy. As pictured the belt loop has a rivet for the handle snap right in the middle making the loop so small it would be impossible to wear a one inch belt not alone a normal one. The blade is acceptable for the price. Truly mehhhh…! But I bought the knife to be a truck knife. I cut the handle snap off so I could wear it on my belt if I wanted to. I’m going to dye the brown sheath black to match the knife. No idea why it’s not black already.

So we know what it’s supposed to be and at 1/8 the price. But it’s chonky and rough and somehow mine picked up a bend, probably from heat treatment. Not really worth me fixing it for the price so it’ll go back. Too bad because I really wanted to like it. Oh, and the sheath is riveted in a way to make the belt loop unusable.
