Always an excellent product
I bought this phone twice. 1st time was "Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G (512GB + 12GB) 6.67" 200MP (for Tmobile Mint Tello & Global) Global Version Unlocked (Midnight Black)"from Cell Universal back in september. My review was "Redi notes are always!!!! My go to phones. Always!! This one hasnt disappointed" I loved it so much i bought another from Virtual Depot. Only difference with the listing was that it was blue and said global bands and not global version. Yet i recieved a charger that cannot be plugged into 110 outlets. Neither was i sent an adapter to make charging possible. The phone itself seems fine though i have not yet scrutinized for differences. But how does a charger like this get sent out with a produce on the US market?!! I don't want to change my 5 star because the phone is good which is why i have stated which specific SELLER i got the phone from in each case. Amazon directed me to edit the review as opposed to writing a new one. I didnt realize until now that reviews are shared across different products from different sellers. Now that i realize this i will be more careful.

Value for the money is there
everything is unlocked, as far as i can tell at this point. it's fast, has plenty of storage. fingerprint sensor etc. works fast and flawless. i think it's a great deal for the money.

Love this phone
Gifted my daughter this for school performance. Coming from a Samsung household, it was easy for her to convert. There are a few features that she appreciates ...every now and then she leans over and shows-off some feature. The camera is amazing... one of the main features that made it my choice. I know if my phone goes, I'm getting one of these for myself Battery life: good, comparable to Samsung A72 Value for money: great price for specs Functionality & speed: as similar phones in the market
