Very modern style and good quality. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 due to very weak flow on the hand held shower head. If you want stronger flow, you just buy another hand held shower.

this rainfall shower head is good, had it for a year now and still works the only thing the rain fall shower head got cloth it in some parts i dont know how to clean it

I was thrilled to receive this shower faucet, and it was delivered promptly. However, many critical parts were missing, rendering the unit inoperable. I contacted Amazon, who directed me to Delta, and that’s where the ordeal began. The first Delta customer service representative was helpful and quickly shipped the missing items. But when I discovered more missing parts and called again, the experience turned unpleasant. The subsequent representatives were rude and seemed unfamiliar with the product, despite my clear explanations and photos illustrating what was missing. During the third call, the representative initially agreed to send the missing part but then changed his mind, suggesting I return the unit to Amazon. I explained that other reviews mentioned similar issues with missing parts, and I couldn’t risk receiving another incomplete set. I simply wanted Delta to provide the missing components. After some persistence, he finally agreed to send the parts, but only after eight days, refusing to expedite the shipment. While Amazon should ensure all parts are included, Delta’s inadequate customer service was even more frustrating. I will never purchase their products again.

Looks good but not happy with the pressure of the rain shower of the hand held. If you want a relaxing shower it is fine and dose the job. I’m used to a little more pressure to help with getting the soap off

I was renovating my bathroom and wanted to have a nice rainfall shower. Ended up buying this Delta faucet set. I didn't use the arm that came with the faucet, I wanted a true rainfall shower experience and found a relatively cheap pipe to allow my plumber to drop the showerhead from the ceiling. Overall, the look is amazing! and at a great price too! As others have noted, make sure you have your plumber connect the wand to the right outlet on the faucet -- the diverter inside this unit is only set up to allow for 2 open positions -- if you put the wand on the wrong side, you'll end up having to remove tiles to reinstall or buy a different diverter to correct the issue. Note that the price of this shower fluctuates a lot. I paid $568 CAD but I've seen it go over $800. Keep an eye on the pricing and buy it when it's the $550 range.

Very modern and easy installation. We purchased the diverter to allow for both the shower and handheld wand to stay on at the same time. Otherwise, both cannot be turned on at the same time. Overall happy with the purchase!
