Coros Dura is reliable, accurate, and easy to connect with. I've been using it for cycling and getting excellent results. I recommend Coros as it provides better outcomes with this device. The battery consumption is low, allowing you to trust it for up to 20 hours.

Excellent performance

My watch would often go into cadence lock and provide wrong HR data on easy to medium pace runs. This optical armband heart rate monitor from Coros seems to have resolved that issue. The heart rate data now coincides with the perceived effort. The band is pretty snug and comfortable and stays on the arm once strapped. It is an optical HR sensor with an inbuilt battery and, an advertised battery of 38 hours. The battery dropped by just 2% after a 3hr activity - battery life looks promising. Although it is basically just the same optical sensor on my Coros watch and does not come with any additional data or sensors. It would've been a nice addition if they'd included an HRV measurement or a thermometer.

This heart rate monitor is designed to be worn on the upper arm. It seamlessly synchronizes with the watch and has an automatic on feature. It is user-friendly and hassle-free.

Buy this watch only if you already have a smart watch and want to improve HR accuracy. If you do not have a smart watch , then the coros HRM will connect with the app but : 1. coros app will not receive the HR data 2. you need to use third party apps like Strava to receive data 3. Even with third party apps, you will have to manually start recording an activity to record HR 4. no 24/7 recording of I wanted to get my father a continuous 24/7 HR monitor (he had fitbit charge 6 which died within a year) and did the mistake of buying this device as a replacement ( In my defense - as of october 2025 the product details and various youtube videos mention that coros HRM can be used without a watch but they do not mention the lack of functionality in that setup ) I have had a great experience with coros pace 3. however with coros HRM its just a wrong purchase The device itself is probably good ( will update review after few months ) .

Game changer. I've been using chest straps for the last 15 years. Never really any issues other than batteries dying. Gone through Garmins and then maybe 3 wahoo ones. All fine I guess, the Wahoo's only seem to last a couple of years for some reason. Now, pre-setting the strap for these has always been just one of those things I did, either under a tap and embrace the chill when you put it on, or the spit and rub which always had a mildly kinky vibe to it :) Not to mention the more often than not coffee scented strap after a while. Then I finally cave a get this little switcheroo. I wasn't sure how good it would be using the same kind of system that watch based heart rate sensors use (which always seem to lock on to cadence for me). But this thing is solid. Comfy, requires no spit and means i can add a new weird tan line to my arm come summer. But in seriousness, it's accurate, connects to my suunto watch, (i've not used the coros app), is accurate and i honestly forget I'm wearing it. Plus being that it sits on my upper arm and not at the core of my body, it doesn't get anywhere near as sweaty in the heat.

OMG. I didn't even know I needed this until I was told about it and tried it out! While I've used chest straps for years, I have put up with the chafing, itchiness, and general uncomfortableness of them (multiple brands). NO MORE! After using the Coros HR Monitor Arm Strap I will NEVER go back to chest straps again! When worn on the bicep it is hardly noticeable. Barely even know its there when worn! It linked up fast and easily to my Coros watch! Discovered I can even link it to my Strava account thru phone's bluetooth for heart rate monitoring! I use Android, but it paired to my daughter's iphone also when she asked to use it! Linked up to my bluetooth exercise bike at the gym too! When used for my runs and gym, the readings adjust instantaneously to my heart rate changes with no delay and more importantly accurately! This will be a game changer come this winter since the monitor will be closer to my heart and respond more quickly in the cold temps! Stated battery life is 38 hours, so perfect for thos LONG ultras! Gonna wear for my 50k in three weeks! One of the best things is it turns on and off automatically when worn or not, no more power buttons YAY! The strap is easily removed to wash and the unit itself is waterproof, so no issues with rain! As it is brand new item, there haven't been many updates yet, but Coros always improves and updates as needed from my experience. This has been probably the best $79 I've spent during my running years. Gonna suggest to all my friends to get one!

Brassard vraiment au top ! Je regrette juste de ne pas l'avoir eu plus tôt. La fréquence cardiaque au poignet n'étant pas très précise, j'ai opté pour ce brassard Coros. Cette fois la précision est au RDV. Quelque soit la morphologie du sportif, il n'y a plus de sauts de fréquence cardiaque lors de l'effort en endurance, en fractionné ou compétition. Très simple à mettre en place, il s'allume tout seul lors de la mise en place sur le bras. Rechargement par USB facile.

Lätt att koppla ihop med min Garmin Forerunner 955 klocka. Allt fungerade direkt. Jag har tidigare haft ett vanligt pulsband runt bröstkorgen och detta är mycket smidigare, lätt att justera och sitter kvar på armen utan att behöva dra åt lika mycket som vanliga pulsband.
