Encased Desktop Charging Stand for USB-C Phone and Tablets, Adjustable Case-Friendly Dock Station Charger, Super Fast Charge Compatible (Wired Type-C)

I love this charger, it’s very useful and one of my favorite. I can keep my phone nearby in an upright position while it’s charging and I can still be able to use without having to hold the phone. I prefer this charger to a wireless charger because I keep some cards in the back of my iPhone and also because the wireless chargers seem to get very hot. Whoever design it really put some thought into it. You can adjust the height of the charging tip/jack by just rotating a knob. Very useful if you have a thick case and the iPhone sits higher from the base. You can adjust to increase the reach of the charger tip. It’s very stable too. I haven’t had any issues with balance. I’ve also charged my AirPods there since it’s also has a usb-c port.

My kiddo needed a charger and this was a great price and works with his case.

Giving this a 5-start regardless of a couple of little cons, because they aren't big enough of an issue to knock the rating down. This charger does what it advertises to do - it charges fast, it charges well, it holds my phone with a thick case on it, and it's low-profile enough to fit comfortably on my desk. The following "cons" are really nit-picky, but I feel like they should be noted, regardless. Firstly, the plug holds in the port *really* strongly, and it takes a decent bit of force to unplug my phone. For a charging stand that has gravity on its side, being a slightly looser fit would've made more sense to me. But honestly, it's such a minor inconvenience for what this thing does that, again, I'm nit-picking. Secondly, the sticky base is *really* sticky. Once it's stuck to a surface, at least my desktop, it's stuck there. I was reorganizing my desk and had to move it - and when I say that I was worried about residue being left, or the coating on my desk peeling, I was genuinely worried. The plus side to the above, though, is that there was no residue left on the desk, and the desk coating stayed intact. So, no harm, no foul. Lastly, finding the exact height for my phone to be fully plugged in and charging, without wobbling, was pretty tedious. If the charger is too low, my phone doesn't charge; if the charge is too high, the rest of my phone's base isn't sat flush on the stand, and wobbles a bit. That last point may be moreso due to my phone and its case, though, so I can't really knock any stars off. All of that being said, I'm more than pleased with this charging stand. I don't have any experience with any other charging stands, so take this all with a grain of salt, but I'm glad I went with this one.

I purchased this dock, plugged it in and confirmed it worked. Then i moved it to another location and it no longer charged. Yes, i double-checked everything. So i order a replacement, and the new one never worked at all. It is very clear that this company does zero quality control. Now i have to return two units. I wish Amazon would have some level of minimum quality assurance.

In general I think this is a great product, but at least for me there are two drawbacks. First as other reviewers mention, the connector is a pretty tight fit into the phone, so when you pick up the phone, you're pretty much required to use your other hand to hold the stand down to get the two things to disconnect. Having the connector be a little looser fit, and more weight in the base, both would help this. The other thing may depend on the phone & case, but my galaxy S25 ultra sits very upright in the stand... which makes it hard to do things on the phone while it's sitting in the stand (I use a couple of authenticator apps for my work so I interact with the phone a lot while it's in the stand). Having the phone lean back another 10 or 15 degrees would be much better. Other than the above it seems like a very well-designed and good quality product.

This is a combination charging and data sync station for a USB-C iPhone and a Mac or a PC. I'm a computer guy, so I know that wireless charging is all the rage, but the main reason I bought this was for connecting it to my Windows PC. I also know that iTunes is being retired but it was replaced with Apple Devices and Apple Music. I'm old school, I don't use Apple Music for streaming. I don't get a good enough cell signal for one thing. For another I'm kind of set in my ways musically speaking. I have a ripped library of all my CDs and that's mostly what I listen to. I occasionally buy a new CD or download music from the Internet. So I still occasionally need to sync my music files to my iPhone with my PC, and this works perfectly for that. I also know you can sync over WiFi but I prefer the immediacy of doing it directly. The unit has a USB-C base which adjusts its depth with a spinning dial, so it can fit phones with thick cases. It also includes a thick quality USB-C cable which plugs into the back of the base and your PC. It definitely connects at high USB-C 3.1 speed (as long as you have a matching high speed blue USB-C port on your computer). If you're like me, you'll want to buy one of these for PC syncing, because this is getting to be a rare way of doing things. Most of these stands simply do wireless charging without syncing data.

I now own 5 of these Encased Desktop charging stands. They are very reliable and can easily adapt to any phone with an USB C port. In my opinion, simply the best desktop charging stand on the market. I have 2 at my office and 3 at home in different locations. Each one I have plugged into different charging blocks from the basic, adaptive, adaptive fast chargers and the latest I have plugged into ab Anker multi-charging station that let's me know how much power is going to the stand. It's the bomb!

Trying to be fair on my review as Encase makes good products. This unit is exactly as described. Has all the flexible functions and extended USB-C port. -However-, returned unit as it would not work with my relatively average phone case. Port was not long enough for phone to sit. The weather-proof case has a small flap over port so it stays attached when open. Even pulled completely back, phone would still not sit fully engaged without holding. In fairness, tough to design a case for all needs, but suggestion would be to create even longer extension capability for port. (higher). All other features worked perfectly. Returned

Entgegen der Beschreibung funktioniert die Station nicht mit iPhones. Getestet mit iPhone 15 Pro und iPhone 17 Pro. Das verwendet Ladegerät hingegen funktioniert ohne diese Station. Vermutlich fehlt die entsprechende MFI Zertifzierung für Apple, oder die Station war tatsächlich technisch defekt. Ebenso legt der Zustand der Verpackung und der Station nahe, dass das Gerät bereits schon einmal zurückgesendet wurde.
