Design looks great, and a good concept. I have become a big fan of the Real Men line of products and have replaced all my traditional boxers with their boxer briefs. I have only purchased the boxer briefs in the past, so I wanted to give these a try to wear for swimming, tanning, and showing off for the wife and replace a traditional thong or jock. Different feel, but not in a bad way. The pouch is definitely not the same feel as the D pouch briefs that fit me perfectly, but they provide good coverage and a great look. Strong but not uncomfortable elastic under pouch to cradle the boys and keep them from sneaking out the sides and bottom, or pouch from flipping up, but not so tight it was restrictive. Only minor criticism would be that the elastic under the pouch does roll at times, but it does still stay in place. Maybe a wider band would help prevent this, but not a deal-breaker. I have worn them all day — standing, sitting, squatting, stooping — and the jock has stayed in place as it should. Feels like commando with a little hug for the stem and berries. I look forward to the wife’s reaction to these later tonight.

I will start by saying over the past year or so I have become a fan of Real Men underwear. Through trial and error with the standard underwear options I am a C-Pouch. Good fit not loose not tight perfect. But with these I found them a little tight I with a C-pouch. So I ordered another pair a a D-Pouch. They fit perfect. It must be how the pouch goes around the scrotum. As a side note I had purchased the same kind of strapless jock from wildmant-t. Fabric was meh and the stitching irritated my scrotum. I just could not wear them. The ones that I purchased from real men are very comfortable . And the price point is better. And with the pouch size options a better way to dial in the fit. I will make note that others have complained that they do stay in place. I have not had that issue. I wear them to the gym and on leg day (squats , leg presses, deadlifts) I have had no issues. I am reasonably endowed with a slightly larger than average scrotum. It is possible for some even if they are well developed but there scrotum is not that large they might slip off . Just a thought. They have been washed and dryer many times and they seam to be holding up well. One last thing. These do move you attributes up front and makes your bulge a little more pronounced. If you are a little modest and do not want to indirectly advertise what god gave you, you may not be comfortable wearing these. I have no problem with that aspect. And my wife does not seam to mind as well.

UPDATE: After some wear and trial and error I found it still hard to keep the genitals in the pouch. Unless you pull it up really high the pouch will slip off and expose everything. It's an interesting piece. First of all it is extremely hard to figure out the pouch size. Instead of comparing the genitals to oranges and baseballs perhaps a measuring option can be provided to ensure the proper pouch size. I did end up getting a larger size in the D pouch (just to be on the save side) and it works. The pieces stay put and the pouch closes behind the sack well enough to keep it in. However I believe that if this is worn during workouts there may be wardrobe malfunctions. I think it is a great support jock, works well for swimwear to avoid lines and works well for normal use. It feels very comfortable and secure. Next time I might go for a C pouch just to see the difference and see how that holds up. Overall I like the idea of the jock strap without the straps since most regular straps on those tend to twist and need constant adjustment.

I was a little unsure at first about how well these would stay on, but they fit great and stay perfectly in place, no matter how active you are. The design really surprised me in the best way. They hold you in all the right places, giving a real sense of support while still feeling comfortable and lightweight. It’s a solid blend of freedom and stability, and they work just as well for workouts as they do for everyday wear. A smart pick if you want supportive athletic underwear without the bulk.

Very sexy strapless jock. Looks great. But does not say in place if you don’t have large testicles.

I clicked on the D pouch 4XL when I ordered this item... when I received it, the actual label inside said 2XL. I checked my order looked at the listing, it said D pouch 2XL but when I clicked view item it shows that I had clicked 4XL. Further, while the waist may be 2XL, the actual pouch itself is horrible. It doesn't stay in place and doesn't actually sit where it should and forces the band to pull downward which in turn pulls the pouch upward, so any movement actually causes my sack and balls to come out. I would not reckommend this product.

best quality and fit

As an overweight man nearing 40, I was starting to develop an extreme sagging problem. Always having to adjust throughout the day. These completely took care of that. This is my first time wearing a jockstrap of any kind and I must say these are extremely comfortable. The fabric is very soft and I don't feel the seam at all. I ordered another 3-pack after wearing one of these for a day. I'll be wearing them daily for the foreseeable future. As far as fit: I am not well endowed whatsoever but had to go with the D pouch. C did fit everything in, but I slipped out a few times and my hot rod hardly had room to park. D is very comfortably sized. What I'm saying is, go a size bigger than you might think you need.

Not for me. Pouch far too big so cannot wear. A shame.

Pouch is big! There seems to be too much fabric, less would be better, visually and comfort. I returned mine as they messed up my order. Took ages to get a return authorization, confirmation it arrived and then even longer to get the credit back to my cc!
